Okayy so this is my first New York fic, so please be nice!! Please!! Sooo sit back, relax, and enjoy the story!!
Flack and Danny had just arrived to a scene in an alley way. Both detectives walked under the crime scene tape talking about some game they both saw last night. Flack looked up and noticed a woman, with dark brown hair standing near the body. He was pretty sure that wasn’t the ME, but then he noticed something that look familiar.
“Alright Danny, don’t think of me as a perv, but does that ass look familiar?” Flack asked.
Danny raised an eyebrow, “Dude I have a girlfriend! And only you would remember some girl by her ass,”
Flack rolled his eyes, “Humor me man, doesn’t that ass look familiar?”
Danny looked, and then he took off his glasses and squinted. He couldn’t believe it; the girls’ ass did look familiar. But before Danny could say anything, the girl began to turn around. Both guys jumped. Flack started scribbling in his notebook and Danny watched. The girl rolled her eyes and walked over to the detectives.
“So you're takin' notes on this ass?" She asked.
Both stared at each other, then started babbling, “Witnesses, evidence, windows, people,” And pointing to random objects.
The brunette stared blankly, “This is New York ’s finest, I’m glad my tax paying money is going to good use,”
Danny started sweating from embarrassment; he tugged at his collar and said, “Boy is it hot over here?”
“I’m sorry, would you like me to leave?” The girl smiled slyly.
“Actually yes,” Flack’s brain started to work, “This is a crime scene Miss, and you are not allowed to be here. I’m going to have to ask you to leave,”
The girl sighed and pushed away her jacket revealing a New York badge, “Narcotics,”
“Well like we could tell! With you dressed like that!” Danny said defending Flack’s words.
“Like I said, New York ’s finest right here,” The narcotic cop said, “We’ve been tracking Jake for weeks now and tonight we were going to make an arrest. But Jakey over here goes and gets capped in the head,”
“I’m sure that wasn’t part of his plan,” Danny smiled, “What was he dealing,”
“Crack, cheap crap. He works this alley everyday. He’s like old faithful,”
“Alright,” Flack said, finding his I’m the detective I’m gonna be asking the questions voice, “Did you see what happened?”
“I was standing by the newsstand, watching Jake. He stands in the same place everyday so I had a great view. Next I see him talking, but I can’t see who he was talking to. Then he moved out of my line of sight. I waited a few seconds; I didn’t want to blow my cover. Next thing I know, I hear a gun shot being fired. I run across the street to see Jake lying dead, and then I called it in. Now I’m stuck here talking to you,”
Flack scribbled everything she said. Danny studied the girl looking for any visible evidence.
“Oh one more thing,” She said, “I want in on the case, and we get first crack at this guy,”
“We’ll think about it,” Flack said coolly looking the cop over.
“Whatever,” She sighed, “You’ll know where to find me,” And then she left the guy to their thoughts.
“Dude, you are right, that ass does look familiar,” Danny said.
“I know I’m right!” Flack said, “But where have we seen it before,”

“Okay tell me why I had to bring yours, Flack’s, and mine yearbook from senior year?” Adri asked.
“Because,” Danny said, “We saw a girl today that looked like someone we know,”
"Now did you see her face or some other part of her?" Adri asked her boyfriend.
"We saw her face!" Danny shouted, then mumbled, "After we check out her ass..."
“Whatever,” Adri rolled her eyes. All three started skimming their senior year yearbooks. Adri had no idea who she was supposed to looking for. She turned to a page and a piece of paper fell out, then she saw the picture.
“Guys, turn to page 117,” She said not taking her eyes off the picture.
The boys did as they were told; they both found the same piece of paper and stared at the picture.
“That’s her,” Flack said, not believing what he saw.
Yeaaaa so I don't really like the beginning, but Adri did, soooo yeaaaa. Hopefully I'll get some energy and actually type the next chapter!!
